How about private dining where the menu can be made to your desires,and the location is on a balcony looking out towards the Magic Kingdom, where your dessert is served just as the fireworks are going off over Cinderella's Castle?
I know the event planners at Walt Disney World have many, many tricks up their sleeves, all you have to do is ask :-)
